Once you’ve finished your skincare routine, clean the globes with alcohol or an anti bacterial solution and store back in the KC Icey Globes box.

DO NOT put Icey Globes in the freezer.

Place your Icey Globes in the fridge or into a bowl of ice for approximately 10-30 minutes before using.

You can gently glide, roll or make circular movements with the globes over the face and neck, taking time to pause on the eye area and in areas with more inflammation or breakouts, allowing them to cool and calm any redness.

Use a lymphatic facial massage to stimulate nerves, relieve tension, reduce future breakouts, release toxins, reduce the look of pores. For cosmetic enhancement, use upwards motions to give the skin a tightened appearance, the skin will be firmer to touch, sculpted and more toned. If you’re searching for a cure for puffiness due to fluid retention, roll the globes in a downward motion, being careful not to pull down too firmly, to help with lymphatic drainage and inflammation.
